Initiation

            Plant selection and preparation

              Establishment of clean cultures

 

Multiplication

              Subculturing of plants

 

Hardening

            Transfer of plantlets from growth room to shade house

 

Quality control

            Monitoring plants for pests, disease, contamination and mutation
